Update PM header information's with out making any changes to existing list dates for List Date base

I want to update PM header information's with out making any changes to existing list dates for List Date based PM.

EAM_PMDef_PUB.update_PM_Def it's not allowing me to update the header information's with out passing the list dates. And if I pass past dates in the list date table type I am getting API error.


But from the front end I am able to achieve the same. I need a script urgently please help.
