Getting an error message " This project does not have eligible data to be purged" while purging a project batch.

The batch has been validated, and released. But while running the ADM: Purge Project Data, the program goes to error, and the output gives the above error message and the log file shows the below error message

MSG-00000: Before ...

MSG-00000: 0

MSG-00000: -1

MSG-00000: ORA-01403: no data found

MSG-00000: before select into

MSG-00000: after select into

MSG-00000:  -1  ORA-01403: no data found

REP-1419: 'afterreport': PL/SQL program aborted.
