Siebel Public Sector Case Approval process

Hi Guys,

I was looking at HLS Case Form Applet, where you can select Approval Template and click on submit.

Then it  creates a new record into Inbox. There is a requirement here to send email to the Approver to whom we create new Inbox item.

I actually checked Applet script, BC Scripts, Applet/BC User properties in Siebel Tools, nothing is executing as we see it when we click submit button.

But records are getting created in the Inbox. So if I find any script or workflow gets executed then I can change them to cater for new requirements.
