CommConfigMgr - CTI - Reboot
Hi,
We are planning to roll out CTI in existing running production environment and to do same, we need to bounce 'CommConfigMgr' sometimes in business hours. We have Email outbound/inbound functionality enabled in already running production environment.
> With this background, I would like to know if we could bounce CommConfigMgr one by one in business hours without any impact in Email outbound/inbound functionality.
> Could requests to CommConfigMgr be routed through SRM if it is shutdown/Unavailable in local server.
