9.2 Project Costing Project Team based security

Hi,
The client has requested for below 9.2 PC requirement.
"Configure Project Management Security so that Project Manager or Team Member of one project is not able to view/update any other project."
Based on reading of relevant section of 9.2 PC People books we think Project Team based security will be best suited for above requirement. However we are not sure if Team based security or Other methods like User, Tree based security, Permission List - Tree/List based security can also be considered.
Please guide us on the best method of Project Security for above requirement.
As of now we are thinking of Project Team based security. Thus we tried configuring the Project Team based security based on the steps from 9.2 PC
