Content Sets HTML Issue

Hi All,

We are on Siebel 8.1.1.14 now , and we observed a weird behaviour with the Published Content HTML's . The link do not perform any action on clicking them. No error either.

Does anyone have any idea if Content Sets - Content Asset is working in 81.1.14 or did you come across any issues ?
