R12 Mobile Field Service Setup

Hi,

We are trying to build the POC for a Customer on Mobile Field Service, We are using R12.1.3, we have a basic regarding the Mobile Field Service Devlopment:

Without Installing the Oracle Database Lite , can we start devloping the Mobile Field Service App(We want to extend the existing App i.e., add some additional Fields/functions in the Esiting Task management Screen)?

How can we get the underline code for the delivered Oracle Mobiel Field Service App?

Can you please shred light on this phase.
