EBS Error cloning 12c ORACLE_HOME with adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack on windows 2008 R2

Hi,

I updated the database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.1 successfully for an EBS.

Now I need to test the clone before going to production and I'm getting into a listener error for the database tier.  Can someone help me on that ?

0.xml -stage E:\oracle\env02\db\tech_st\12.1.0.1\appsutil\clone   -showProgress

APPS Password : Log file located at E:\Oracle\env02\db\tech_st\12.1.0.1\appsutil\log\INTG2_lijqcc0\ApplyDBTechStack_05200953.log
