Licence information for EBS Desktop Integration Framework / Web Applications Desktop Integrator

IHAC who is looking to build several custom WebADI Integrators with EBS R12 Desktop Integration Framework.

I am wondering what the licencing model for WebADI (BNE) is. I could not find WebADI listed in any Oracle price list or Oracle applications licence document. Any ideas?
