Item Catalog - ePro
Good afternoon,
I'm wondering about the functionality about catalogs in ePro and was hoping for a little bit more information around it.
- PeopleSoft 9.2, PT 8.54
- Items are already associated to categories
- We have the ALLITEMS categories
Say for example, that I would like to restrict certain areas to a specific catalog. We will use the following example.
Items 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004. Locations CATH, SURG, ED
Cath:
- 1001
- 1004
- 1003
SURG:
- 1002
- 1001
ED:
- 1001
- 1002
- 1003
- 1004
I would think that you would have to build 3 separate catalogs, named ED, CATH, and SURG, and then associate the catalogs to the individual user. However, i'm not seeing these catalogs populate. We also have "Use only assigned Catalogs" checked on the requester setup.
