Crosstab / Pivot Tables in R12.2 - which versions of BI Publisher Desktop are compatible?

I've asked this before and there are a few variations.  Trying to get this locked down though:

Which versions of BI Publisher can i create pivot tables / crosstabs out of that are compatible with Oracle EBS release 12.2.x?

I've got two types of pivot tables in my reports currently - one using "Create_groups" which is not working in R12.2, and one using for-each-groups and incontext, etc. which does work in R12.2.

I'm not sure out of which versions of BIP desktop these were created in, so looking for direction.

Trying to use the insert pivot table / crosstab function in BI Publisher Desktop - which version of bip desktop can i use?  11g, 10.1.3.2.1?
