Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Parts list and Routing from a Model Work Order to a PM Work Order are not transferring.

The Parts list and Routing are not copying from the Model Work Order to the PM Work Order.

The processing options have been set correctly in the R12807 UBE

R12807 processing options under the Edit tab Option 1 =1, Option 2=Blank, all other options are blank.

Is there something that I am missing?
