Best features of 11.1.2.3 to implement?

I am just about to complete an uplift of our system from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.3 . We are doing a 'lift and shift', not changing any of our dimensionality or enabling any of the new features with the uplift. Once this is complete, I am going to go back and look at items to implement to improve the system overall. I'd like some suggestions as to where to start looking- What are your 'favorite' features in 11.1.2.3 things you found most useful, elegant, or efficient?
