Store Order "Not After Date" with Source Type Warehouse

I'm creating a store order with source type WH. I'm unable to enter 'Not After Date'. I understand that this function is directly linked to RMS. Is there a RMS setting that drives the 'Not After Date' , why would user be unable to enter this when the source is WH ?

This is in SIM 14.1
