What to download to run Smartview with Essbase 11.1.2.1

What would need to be downloaded and installed on local pc to run Smartview with Excel 2010 and access Essbase 11.1.2.1 with native security?

Where would I get the download?

We have this URL active on our Linux server http://server:13080/aps/SmartView

What URL would we need to connect with from Smartview?  

Essbase is running on Windows 2008 servers
