SIM item ticket not launching browser
- A printer with network address "browser" has been set up.
- The browser gets launched when a report is printed. But for Ticket Print, when the Print ticket is clicked it does nothing. Does this mean that during SIM installation the option for ticket printing should be set to "BI Publisher" and not "None"?
However in one of the configuration file, I found the following:
