Siebel degradation within a virtual desktop

HI :

Users log in to the Siebel application from Internet Explorer to perform their daily tasks, this is done within a virtual desktop Windows 7 or Windows XP depending on the user profile.
At the beginning of the operation the application presents an adequate response in the queries and records performed, but as the hours pass the performance is degraded and it takes a long time to refresh the information on the user's screen. This degradation usually happens after 1-2 hours to be working with the application.
To reset the speed of the application the users must close and reopen the browser.
