Capital Project Summary Amount not CIP Amount

Hello Team,

We are on release 12.1.3.

We are noticing an issue where application is not updating the CIP amount in capital summary form. However we can see the capital cost in actual cost form. We are also able to create asset out of the this CIP amount.  It just that summary view is not showing the CIP cost.

Program "PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts for a Single Project" is also showing capex cost.

We never had this issue ever.  Is there any bug in application ?
