R3483 always ending in error in 812

We are having a unique situation of R3483 always ending in error. We use forecast consumption and with planning periods as 52 weeks with past due periods as 2. This has started happening of late.

If I make the planning periods as less than 50 weeks then it works. Any thoughts are appreciated. It was working fine with 52 weeks and past due periods as 2 until early this week but for some reason now the batch jobs ends in error. Attached is the processing options template.
