Copy organization item attrubutes

Hi,,

We have a requirement to create a new item which has same attributes of an existing item.

I managed to create the new item by copy an existing item.

All the master level attributes got copied.

However the organization level attributes didn't copy.

Please guide on the process of how to copy the organization specific item attributes/
