Looking for advice from Oracle Support official
Hi Support,
We have just recovered an incident on our central database. It became very slow and all I got was user I/O wait and commit wait, even most of the applications are stopped. But our management wants to engage oracle support and want some feedback from oracle support about the incident and ensure there is no hidden error in background.
Can I generate any service request to oracle support or send them the alert logs to check and send us an official mail about the root cause of the incident ? As this is a national database of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh, the issue becomes highly sensitive.
