i faced error with command nslookup with dns on windwos server 2008

i want to solve this issue of  Default Server: UnKnown and  Server: UnKnown

host name = ebs12

Domain name = ebs12.oracle.com

C:\Users\Administrator>nslookup

Default Server: UnKnown

Address: 127.1.1.1

C:\Users\Administrator>nslookup ebs12

Server: UnKnown

Address: 127.1.1.1

*** UnKnown can't find ebs12: No response from server

C:\Users\Administrator>ipconfig/all
