Uploading orachk collections fails when running as root

Uploading collections to the Collection Manager application database fails when running as root because the SQLLoader control file contains the unqualified file name of the zip file and when orachk runs as root it cds out of the directory where the zip file resides. Has anyone else tried this or know if there is a fix planned?
