TCA: Trading Community:Administration:Geography Hierarchy::Manage Validations What controls Geograph

All,

I have two separate instances both are EBS 12.2.4

In one Trading Community Manager Resp>Trading Community:Administration:Geography Hierarchy::Manage Validations has Geography Validation Level for Country set as "No Validation" with no possibility to change it as the LOV is greyed out.

I have made changes to bring this first instance in line with the settings of the second instance:

1. Added a second source of HZ_LOCATIONS POSTAL_ADDRESS_US and kept as the selected one HZ_LOCATIONS No Style (Default)

2. Geographical Mapping Validations: I ticked Tax Validation checkbox on State mapped to STATE

It was still not possible to amend the Geography Validation Level for Country as the LOV was greyed out as "No Validation"
