Cash Management Bank Transfer R12.1.3

hi,

I end date for access for bank account but when make any bank transfer between this account bank and any other bank account this bank account which has end date access appear with me and bank transfer process complete normally? how this happen with the same time access to this bank account has end-date before date for bank transfer., SO i want to disappear this bank account from LOV.
