Secured Asset Book not working

I defined an asset organization for one of my departments after that I created the security profile, run Security List Maintenance report and assigned security profile to new asset responsibility then I navigate to the new asset responsibility to check if  I can see only one book. I found that I can access both books and there is no security. Please advice
