Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

One of the user is facing below error while doing quick ship. Can someone guide me how to proceed further?

LPNs on delivery loaded to truck . Cannot perform quick ship for this delivery . Press any key to continue

We have tried to manually drop the LPN but the task is unavailable. Secondly, the move order is in closed status.
