Program - Delete Journal Import

Dear Friends,

We have run the program Program - Delete Journal Import to delete one journal which got struck with ER09 error. But it didn't delete the journal. Is it the program will consider the journal that got struck with invalid accounting code combination? Or can we use this program to delete journal that got struck with error also?
