12.1.0.4.8 OEM Alerts

I am getting 3 alerts.

1.  message=Host Up (Unmonitored) - Detected by Partner Agent.  This error is a noted bug.  I have the agent patch 12.1.0.4.8 applied.  The OMS is patched to 12.1.0.4.3.  The bug says to apply patch 19785652.  I tried applying the patch on top of the 12.1.0.4.3 patch. but when I ran the opatchauto apply analyze  command the logs stated the patch was already applied.

2.  Agent has stopped monitoring.  The following errors are reported:  IO exception sending request.

3.  Agent has stopped monitoring The following errors are reported.  Read timed out.

This is on Sun Solaris systems both oms and agents.
