Integrating Order Management with 3rd Party POS ( Burger franchise)

Hi all,

I have the following functional scenario:

Currently my customer is integrating his Oracle Inventory & AR R12.1 with his POS system. My question is if we need to integrate directly his POS with order management to have OM automatically generating the COGS and revenue accounts for the finished product in INV & AR, How this could be set up??, providing the POS will export finished product information only (i.e the ingredients that form the product should be defined in oracle apps so when the OM ship confirm function is run, the detailed ingredients will be issues automatically from the Inv org)
