Issues with Print Immediate for a BI Publisher Work Order

JDE 9.0 Update 2; Tools release 9.1.3.4

We are trying to utilize the Print Immediate option for printing work orders.  I have the version of Order Processing (R31410) setup for Print Immediate, as well as the version of work order print (R31415).  We use bi publisher for our work order output.  AFter running the order processing job I am not getting a printout of the work order.  I am able to view the pdf which has the correct form display, and even manually select to print the work order output successfully.

As far as print immediate, it is automatically printing the shortage report, but not the work order.  I'm wondering if there is an issue with print immediate for bi publisher output?  The reason I wonder this is because I had initially setup a new version of workorder print incorrectly (forgot to define it to a bi publisher template) and the print immediate worked to print out the work order using standard jde format.  However, once I had the new version defined to a bi publisher template I tried the print immediate again but it won't print out the work order.
