Scripting the setup of concurrent managers

Hi,

Are there any commands or APIs that can be used to define/configure concurrent managers? I am in the process of re-architecting my company's concurrent manager nodes, and to reduce downtime, it would be useful if I could script the creation of new managers and modification of the existing managers (rather than setting each one up individually through Forms). Anyone know if this is possible? I am running EBS 12.1.3.
