Excessive Hard Parsing after migration 10g => 11g (New AIX server)

edited May 29, 2015 10:01AM in Database Tuning (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

Hi ,

Is it normal to have 31,6% DB time of hard parsing ?

Any idea ( scripts to monitor hard parsing , bind variables , cursors behavior ...)  to resolve this issue in 11.2.0.4  : after migration via exp/imp from 10g to 11g on a new AIX server ?

possible root causes ?

Best regards.
