Will TCA can be used for Supplier transfer to other legacy system

We have two Oracle systems (One for Finance and other for Purchasing). The requirement is like we need the suppliers to be fed to the other system from Finance and we are planning to use TCA Business Logic. Can anyone let me know if this possible using TCA if so, can you help me referring the related documents if any from Metalink for my use.
