Concurrent request not able to execute shell script

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

The developer is testing to put a shell script to run in concurrent request. When I run the concurrent request, it completed with error. However, there is no log files generated. I believe the shell script has not been executed and there may also be privilege issue. In this situation, when no log file is available, how to begin investigate for the issue? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
