Template Builder Installer failed: Unexpected Error

Problem Description

We are getting an error "Template Builder Installer failed: Unexpected Error" while trying to install BIPublisherDesktop [version BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2 for Windows (32/64 bit)] on Window 7 (64 bit) running Word 2013. 

Also currrently the templates have been developed using Oracle BI 10.1.3.2.1 for Oracle Apps R 12.1.3 using Windows 2007 . However going forward Word 2013 is only going to be there on the PC and we will like to know if it will cause any compatibility issue upon modifying and uploading the same to R12.

Please advise..
