Patch 19602627 Errors on icxtxns.ldt

Release 12.1.3

While trying to apply patch 19602627, we encountered the following error:

FAILED: file icxtxns.ldt  on worker  1 for product icx username APPS.
I chose option 8 in adctrl to skip the job and restart/continue.  Log file shows following errors:

Uploading from the data file /oraapps14/oac/apps/apps_st/appl/icx/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/icxtxns.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/oraapps14/oac/apps/apps_st/appl/ecx/12.0.0/patch/115/import/ecxtxns.lct(120.0.12010000.1), /oraapps14/oac/apps/apps_st/appl/icx/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/icxtxns.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /oraapps14/oac/apps/apps_st/appl/ecx/12.0.0/patch/115/import/ecxtxns.lct(120.0.12010000.1) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
