Contract Approval Failed with message "Internal Approval Failed"
Hi,
This is one of it's kind issue which happened to one of our Service Contracts in 12.1.3. When user has submitted the contract for approval, the negotiation status changed to "Internal Approval Failed". When trying to resubmit the same for approval, an error shows up indicating "Contract cannot be submitted for approval at this time. Please wait and re-submit after running Workflow Background Process request". I have tried running workflow background for "OKS Contract Process" & "Contract Approval" but still the same issue when submitting for approval.
Appreciate your help in resolving this.
