T4-2 slow after assigned huge sga

I noticed that the whole OS of Solaris 10 (sparc) become slow after assigned 10G of sga to the oracle db. Oracle startup slow, sqlplus slow, even OS utiltiies like prstat slow start too.

My system info as below:

Ldom:

Oracle 11.2.0.4 Ent

Solaris 10 (Sparc) 5.10 Generic_150400-17

64GB Ram

64 vCPU

My sga setting as below:

sga_max_size = 10G

sga_target = 10G
