WLSSPI_0011: High percentage of threads is in use for an execute queue

Hi,


We use HP OpenView Smart Plugin for Weblogic monitoring. We most frequently observe the below alert logged by HP OV SPI. We left WLS to handling the threads automatically. No work Manager configured.


Alert Title : WLSSPI_0011: High percentage of threads is in use for an execute queue, instance name ABC, subsystem ABC with value 96.43 above threshold 93 (WLSMONMETADUP-0007)


We have not observed slowness or any other complaints on Application performance during this type of alert. We would like to know whether this is going to impact weblogic performance or it is just a informational alarm. what would be the solution to avoid this... Sometime we could see it goes 100% also...
