Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Duplicates in fnd_flex_value_hierarchies table on 12.1.3

Customer cannot remove duplicates from fnd_flex_value_hierarchies table even after following Doc ID 748971.1.

There are two rows in fndl_flex_value_hierarchies table for the same parent_flex_value.

These rows have a creation_date and last_update_date of 19-APR-15 (when the sql script from the note was run).

Where as, there is only one row in FND_FLEX_VALUE_NORM_HIERARCHY table with different CREATION_DATE and LAST_UPDATE_DATE.

There are no new hierarchy changes for the parent on 19-APR-15 in this table.
