Hi, when on the change appraisal details screen, i am attempting to complete an appraisal for an ex-employee, by using the complete appraisal button. this then goes to a confirmation screen. when clicking yes the following message appears...

JDBC Call in getSubmitTransId failed :ORA-20002: 3000: Invalid value(s) passed for arguments. ROLE= TYPE=HRSSA NAME=HR_APPRAISAL_COMPLETE_MSG ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_APPRAISALS_UTIL_SS", line 746 ORA-06512: at line 1

has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
