Maintenance Release applied to 11.1.2.3.000 and now not able to access reporting services at 6800 po

Hello,

I applied maintenance release to my existing environment 11.1.2.1.600 to 11.1.2.3.000 and I after the configuration I am able to login to Workspace and Web logic servers. I can see Services are running as "Started" on the web logic server but when I navigate for the Reporting Services I can see the services with Red icon which means Stopped. I can not Start or Stop the services as the icons are grey out.

Every time I login to workspace I am getting warning that "Could not find a Hyperion Reporting and Analysis server running on localhost at port 6800. Please verify your server connect string and confirm that the server is up."
