Java Security Warning with EBS R12.1.3

I'm not sure what forum to post this under so I'll start here.

I am running EBS R12.1.3 running on RH Linux 5.10 and recently (with the assistance of MOSC) patched my app tier and I am now successfully launching JRE 1.8 u45.

I am running Windows 7 on the desktop which does also have an older JRE 1.6 version installed for another application.

What I need now is some assistance with is being able to suppress the 'Security Warning' I get prompted with when first trying to launch a form

For example:

Do you want to run this application?

Publisher: UNKOWN

Running this application may be a security risk.
