ExcelToCI to Upload Non-Capital Assets

I am trying to load non-capital assets using the Excel-to-CI interface.  It works fine for capital assets.  So, how do I configure the ExcelToCI to upload for non-capital assets? (We are on PS9.1 with PT8.5) Thanks in advanced.
