Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

setup moving window baseline

In OEM 10g I had setup moving window baselines for many of my DB, but now I cannot find in 12.1.0.2 how to setup such a baseline.  Can anyone point me to the correct manual or youtube on it?
