ORA-12801 <= ORA-12853 <= ORA-04031 error stack on parallel query execution

Hello,

Has anybody successfully resoleved this stack of errors related to parallel query execution.

Found interesting article https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=125243329794827&id=1909805.1&displayIndex=4&_afrWindowMo… with script for analyzing

ORA-04031 error, but not sure what would result of analyzing give me for the tunning parallel query and large_memory or shared_pool init.ora parameters ?

If anybody successfully or with workaround passed this problem on the RDBMS 11.2.0.3.0, apreciate any experience or direction.
