EBS 11i to R12.2.0 upgrade errors

Hi ,

We are upgrading from 11i to R12.2 using startcd 49.     During upgrade following worker failed

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file az_reporter_data.xdf on worker  4.

Error is as follows

Table Name is AZ_REPORTER_DATA
Table exists in the target database
Checking for differences
Number of columns for the table in the xml file is 17
INFO: An additional column ATTRIBUTES exists in the target database

The table in the Xml file and in the target database match

Executing grants on AZ_REPORTER_DATA to APPS
GRANT ALL ON AZ.AZ_REPORTER_DATA TO APPS WITH GRANT OPTION
