Budget Transfer Issue

Hello Every one,

Kindly we have an issue when we try to make budget transfer transaction, the (Amount Type & Boundary) features not working in a correct way

We setup the Amount Type (YTD) and Boundary (Year) so we are expecting that all budget amount for the year will be available when we make transfer but when we choose the period we only can see the amount (Fund Available for this period) and we ignore this amount and try to transfer amount more than this amount but its available around the year we face this issue sufficient budget is not available to be transfer
