"Manage Journals" tab gets blank after editing a journal in (HFM 11.1.2.4)

Hello,

We have applied the 11.1.2.4 maintenance release on top of the 11.1.2.3 release.

I am currently facing a strange issue when editing journals in HFM 11.1.2.4.

This is how I reproduce the issue :

     Applications Tasks > Journals > Manage : the "Manage Journals" tab opens successfully

     Then, I edit a journal : it opens in another tab

     When I come back to the "Manage Journals" tab, it shows a blank page. Therefore, I cannot edit other journals.

     If I close the application tab, and re-open it, the "Manage Journals" tab shows the list of journals correctly.

Has any of you come across a similar issue?
